1. Month-to-month services
Ongoing services are arranged month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Email liambakewell123@protonmail.com with your business name and the service you wish to cancel. We will confirm the final service date and any fees due for the notice period. Your agreed proposal may specify terms for a one-off project.
2. Service fee refunds
Monthly fees cover the agreed work and are not normally refundable once that month’s work has begun. If we have not started work on a paid month, that month’s fee is refunded in full within 14 days after the refund is confirmed. Duplicate or incorrect payments are refunded in full. These rules do not limit remedies for services that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or any other mandatory rights.
3. Advertising spend
You pay media spend directly to the advertising platforms. MARKNERE does not receive that spend and cannot refund it. Requests about platform charges or unused platform balances must be made to the relevant platform under its terms.
4. Handover
At the end of the engagement, we will coordinate removal of our account access and handover of agreed deliverables. You retain your advertising accounts. Creative and third-party content remain subject to the rights and licences agreed in your proposal.
5. How to request a refund or raise a concern
Contact Akbor Hosen Shuvo at liambakewell123@protonmail.com, call 07541 945363, or write to 2 Stirland St, Codnor, Ripley, DE5 9QU, United Kingdom. Include your invoice reference, relevant dates and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five working days and explain the decision.
6. Consumer rights
Our services are intended for business clients. If you are legally acting as a consumer and enter a distance or off-premises service contract, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Starting services during that period requires the appropriate express request; a proportionate charge may be payable for services supplied, and the right may be lost after full performance only where the law’s consent and acknowledgement requirements are met. Your statutory rights take priority.
These policies should be read alongside your agreed proposal. Nothing in them removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
